Ok so this is not so much about Gabe but it is because of him that T changed jobs. Financially the job switch has cost us quite a bit but it was not about the money in the first place. It was about having T home to see his little boy and to be able to spend more time as a family. To have the flexibility to work from home as and when needed and to just generally be less stressed so that he could give his all as a dad.
He won't be required to be on call anymore, there won't be anymore calls at 1am and no working weekends either. I think both T and I are looking forward to the changes that this new job will bring and hopefully it will turn out just as we have planned and envisioned.
