Mother's Day!!

It is Mother's Day today and I received my first Mother's Day gift. Hubby and our little Bean bought me a Me to You bear that says 'We Love You'. Just the cutest thing. I am so chuffed. I didn't expect to receive anything. I on the other hand was not such a good child and I couldn't find what my mother wanted for Mother's Day so I bought her some nice choccies from Geldhof and gave her some money so that she could get herself something nice.

My Mother's Day gift

Even though it is Mother's Day there is no rest for the wicked and we had to continue with our painting project. So today we spent the entire day painting the nursery. We did one wall a bright green and the other three walls in a light blue. It looks absolutely awesome. We are really proud of ourselves. It was hard work especially for me as the bump kept getting in the way but it was well worth it. After this weekend we are bushed!!! I still have the window frames to sort out and once that is done we just have to wait for the furniture to arrive.
