Painting the nursery

Today we started painting the nursery. Boy what a job that is. I don't think either of us realised just what a task it was going to be. Not only are we having to paint the room but we had to remove a shelf off the wall so that meant filling in the holes and making it look smooth so that it matched the wall. We also needed to fill in some gaps that were appearing between the wall an the ceiling. So after quite a grueling day we only manage d to repair all the holes and gaps and to paint the ceiling. The prep really takes up a bulk of your time. Hopefully by the end of day tomorrow we will be finished.
